What we collect
Account details you give us (name, email, store URL), subscription and order data needed to run billing (products, plans, charge outcomes, token references from our payment partner), and standard usage logs. We never collect or store card numbers — cards are captured and vaulted by our PCI-compliant payment partner.
How we use it
To operate the service: scheduling charges, sending transactional email (renewal reminders, payment notices, portal links), showing merchants their analytics, and providing support. We do not sell personal data.
Merchant and shopper roles
For a merchant's customers, Recurify processes data on the merchant's behalf to run their subscription program. Shoppers should direct privacy requests to the store they purchased from; we assist merchants in fulfilling them.
Third parties
We use infrastructure and email delivery providers to run the service, and our payment partner to process payments. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.
Retention & security
Data is retained while an account is active and as required for financial record-keeping. Access is restricted, transport is encrypted, and merchant credentials are encrypted at rest.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@recurifyapp.com. We respond within 30 days.
