Recurify provides subscription-management software for e-commerce stores: selling plans, a billing scheduler, dunning, a merchant dashboard, a customer portal, and store order sync. Payment processing is performed by our payment partner; Recurify never holds, settles, or moves funds.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials and API keys confidential, and for everything done under your account. Tell us immediately about any unauthorized use.
You may only sell products that are lawful to sell in the jurisdictions you sell to, and you're responsible for your own regulatory compliance — including consumer-protection rules like the FTC's click-to-cancel requirements, which the product is designed to support.
Recurify triggers charges according to the plans and schedules you configure. You are the merchant of record for your customers; refunds, disputes, and customer service obligations remain yours.
Pricing is agreed per store and features evolve continuously. We'll give reasonable notice of material changes.
The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Recurify's total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim; we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
For your customers' personal data, you are the controller and Recurify is the processor. We process it only on your documented instructions — the actions you configure in the product — and only to provide the service. We do not sell it, share it for anyone else's marketing, or use it to train models. We process only what the service needs: your customers' names and email addresses, and the subscription and payment records that connect them. Card details stay with your payment provider and never reach us.
We encrypt personal data in transit and at rest, restrict staff access, log access to it, and maintain a written incident response policy. If we suffer a breach affecting your customers' data, we'll notify you within 72 hours of confirming it, with what happened, what data was involved, and what we've done about it. We use a small number of sub-processors — cloud hosting, database hosting, and email delivery — and we'll give reasonable notice before adding another.
We help you meet access, correction, and deletion requests from your customers. On Shopify we implement the mandatory customer data request, customer redaction, and shop redaction webhooks. On deletion we erase identifying data and retain subscription and charge records only in anonymized form, because tax and chargeback obligations outlive a deletion request. Subscribers can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any such email; we continue to send transactional email about a subscription they hold, since withholding a failed-payment notice would harm them.
Either party may terminate with notice. On termination we'll provide a reasonable export of your subscription data, and delete or anonymize your customers' personal data within 90 days except where we're required to retain it.
